Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our luxury resort, nestled on the East Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and experienced in supervising daily F&B operations at a high standard.

Step into a resort inspired by French elegance and tropical serenity. As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will ensure guest satisfaction by delivering impeccable dining experiences across our 7 restaurants and 5 bars, while mentoring a dedicated service team.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service operations to maintain service excellence
* Manage staff schedules, delegate assignments, and evaluate team performance
* Train and mentor F&B team to meet luxury service expectations
* Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are consistently upheld
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a professional, guest-first approach
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage costs while maintaining product standards
* Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table service
* Contribute to menu planning, pricing, and seasonal promotions
* Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly dining environment

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; further hospitality or culinary education is a plus
* Minimum 4 years of food and beverage experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
* Familiarity with food safety, hygiene regulations, and service standards
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Computer-literate and analytical with a problem-solving mindset
