Job summary
A reputable fitness company in Dubai is looking for a Membership Sales Manager to lead membership sales and oversee customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience in the wellness or lifestyle industry, with strong communication and leadership skills. The role involves managing sales strategies, leading a team, and enhancing customer journeys. The company seeks a locally available individual, preferably with UAE experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the wellness or lifestyle industry.
- At least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.
- Locally available candidate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee membership sales and customer service.
- Develop sales strategies and lead generation tactics.
- Coach team and manage KPIs.
