A leading automotive company is seeking a Fleet Development Manager to grow the fleet business in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will maintain sales penetration, develop dealer capabilities, and build key account relationships. Experience in automotive or fleet sectors is essential, along with a relevant bachelor's degree. The role is on-site and requires travel across KSA.
Onsite: This role is categorized as on-site. The successful candidate is expected to report to the KSA location full time.
The Fleet Development Manager will strategically grow and develop GM’s fleet business in Saudi Arabia, working closely with dealers and the Country Manager to drive sales and market share. This position leads the development of dealer fleet departments, enhances sales force capabilities, and implements regional initiatives. The role is pivotal in building strong relationships with key accounts, supporting unified go-to-market plans, and ensuring profitable fleet sales penetration. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on GM’s fleet growth and dealer performance in the region.
