This person will be responsible for driving sales for our selected end customer companies and to develop and implement business plans for the existing and new large end customers.
It will be your responsibility to continuously evaluate annual defined targets and to close projects inside the accounts list. A part of this role will also be to work together with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post‑sales Support) to manage a 360º customer relation.

As a Key Account Manager – End Customers you will be responsible for the sales target, sales KPIs and development of the assigned accounts. You will develop business plans and map the assigned accounts within its complexity. You will also be responsible for the strategic management of the accounts with the goal of deepening the Axis relationship across product and solution lines, over an extended time horizon and eventually across geographical boundaries. All of this while identifying and influencing the major stakeholders and the ecosystem partners and coordinating activities within the different company functions.
You will also actively participate in selected associations, tradeshows, market events and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities. Then you will update, maintain and share all the major information within the accounts through Salesforce. Most important, we are looking for a true Axis core value ambassador!
To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience within sales and a strong business acumen, developed through your experience in selling high value solutions. You need to be able to take initiatives, challenge our ways and suggest improvement areas. It is important to possess an outstanding ability to understand the customer needs and to create the best value proposition for each account.
