A leading financial institution in the UAE is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to drive successful implementation of AI initiatives in a fast-paced banking environment. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Scrum Master experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML projects, and must possess relevant certifications. Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Qualifications
- 5+ years as Scrum Master; 2+ years with AI/ML projects.
- Banking/financial services experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments for AI/ML development teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers, stakeholders).
- Integrate MLOps practices and manage model development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and AI governance frameworks.
- Coach teams on agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement.
- Communicate AI project status and business value to executive leadership.
