Job Overview: We are seeking a Recruiter to assist in the recruitment process at Coldwell Banker Dubai. As part of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for various roles, including real estate agents, administrative staff, and other positions.
• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
• Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Support recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment in a real estate firm is mandatory.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software.
