Job summary
A technology recruitment company is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to source and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering, IT, and product roles. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. This role also involves onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

- Understanding of software development roles, tools, and technologies.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and attract top technical talent for engineering, IT, and product roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in ATS systems.

- Stay current on tech industry trends, roles, and market compensation
- Oversee onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, access setup, and coordination with HR/IT teams
- Support new employees during their first weeks to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter of 2 to 5 years.

- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)
- Excellent communication, time management, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast‑paced environment
