Associate Recruiter - Healthcare

Black & Grey HR is looking for an experienced Associate Recruiter - Healthcare with strong exposure to UAE and global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience hiring Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health professionals along with a solid understanding of licensing requirements (DHA, DOH, HAAD, MOH, DHCC) and regional compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles across UAE and international locations.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for positions including Nurses, Physicians, Specialists, and Allied Health professionals.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for urgent and recurring healthcare positions.
  • Ensure candidates meet licensing requirements such as DHA, DOH, HAAD, MOH, DHCC, NCLEX, UK NMC, etc.
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and deliver timely updates.
  • Use recruitment tools, job portals, and social platforms to attract quality talent.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally.
  • Stay updated with global healthcare hiring trends, licensing changes, and market movements.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment specifically for UAE and global markets, working with hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, or healthcare staffing agencies.
  • Proven experience hiring Nurses, Doctors, and other clinical professionals.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare licensing systems: DHA, DOH, HAAD, MOH, DHCC.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Ability to manage high-volume roles as well as sourcing for niche senior-level hiring.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
