Kazamer Tax Consultant, a leading provider of tax and financial advisory services in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s tax consultancy services to potential clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Promote Kazamer’s tax consultancy services to individuals and businesses across various sectors.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for growth.
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Prepare and present business proposals and service packages tailored to client needs.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.
Achieve sales targets and report on progress to management.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote brand visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial or tax consultancy sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and business regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
