About the Role

As a Travel Consultant for Corporates at EaseMyTrip.com, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements for our corporate clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages, as well as handling cancellations, refunds, and amendments. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that ensure a seamless travel experience. Your expertise will support our mission to deliver exceptional and efficient corporate travel services, maintaining high satisfaction and driving continuous engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel bookings for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with corporate clients to assess their travel needs and preferences and provide tailored travel advice.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage cancellations, refunds, and amendments efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's travel plans.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and travel policies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best arrangements and resolve any operational issues.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies and are documented accurately for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and corporate travel technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Feedback Management: Solicit and analyze client feedback to enhance the travel planning process and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor travel expenditures against client budgets and provide cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Emergency Support: Provide support and solutions during travel emergencies, ensuring client safety and continuity of travel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Corporate Travel: Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role with expertise in managing corporate travel needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, including booking systems, travel regulations, and destination knowledge.
  • Client-Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and cater to specific corporate client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively negotiate with vendors and articulate travel plans to clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly address and resolve travel-related issues as they arise.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail for accurate booking and financial record-keeping.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with travel booking systems, CRM platforms, and basic office software.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing client needs and travel conditions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Education: A degree in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant certifications in travel management.
