Job summary

A travel agency in Dubai is seeking a Travel Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in air ticketing and visa processing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, as well as expertise in airline fare rules. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities include managing reservations, bookings, and payments, ensuring smooth client interactions and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai.
  • Hands-on experience in air ticketing and visa processing.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
