We are looking for a talented professional Senior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Planning, and designing Travel packages to suit the client's needs.
- Coordinate travel booking, holidays, and transport operations, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests; hence maximize the revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of a client's travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently.
- Provide consultation to the client. Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
- Maintains active communication and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.
- Provides the client with the required industry information such as low fares exchange costs and penalties.
- Can fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
- Provide professional written communication when dealing with e-mail inquiries or confirmations.
- Ability to work well as part of a team- to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and be proud of the service you provide.

Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3 years and above within the travel industry (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of Amadeus, NDC systems.
- Must have a corporate travel background and UAE experienced.
- Can issue and re-issue tickets, book hotels, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in travel booking systems and software
