Job Purpose:
A property consultant is a professional who offers advice and guidance on real estate matters. Their role involves helping clients make informed decisions about buying, selling, renting, or managing properties. Property consultants often work with both commercial and residential real estate, providing expertise in areas like market trends, property values, investment opportunities, zoning laws, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively prospect for new clients and properties for sale or rent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to expand the client base and grow sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service.
Property Listings & Viewings:
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.
- Maintain up-to-date property listings and accurate property details.
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and available property options.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate the sale terms, prices, and conditions with clients to finalize deals.
- Assist clients with financing, legal documentation, and the closing process.
- Ensure all paperwork and agreements are completed accurately and promptly.
Customer Service & Client Relationship:
- Provide continuous support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Offer post-sale assistance and ensure clients are satisfied with their property purchase.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on the local property market, trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide clients with valuable insights on market dynamics, property values, and investment opportunities.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through online platforms, social media, and print media.
- Assist in creating promotional materials to advertise properties and attract new clients.
