Job Description

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties (off-plan, residential, or commercial)
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
• Actively prospect, generate, and follow up on leads
• Close deals effectively through strong negotiation and sales skills
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
• Stay informed about market trends and new project launches
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored property solutions.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance property visibility across platforms and engage with a wider audience.
• Provide expert guidance on property valuation, ensuring clients receive accurate assessments for informed decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive property market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that align with client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market
• Proven ability to close sales independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-service skills
• Existing network of clients is a strong advantage
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only structure
