Job Title : ERP Support Analyst / IT Consultant

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Define the plan and roadmap for consolidating enterprise application support across the Group Technology application landscape.
• Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders across the Group Technology team as well as any applicable digital team interactions.
• Gather and document business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Conduct a full inventory and assessment of enterprise applications.
• Perform GAP analysis to identify support and capability gaps.
• Develop RFP documentation including scopes, SLAs, and evolution criteria.
• Manage the tendering process and support vendor evaluation and selection.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and ensure a smooth transition of services.
• Establish governance structures and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Define ongoing KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and escalation protocols.
• Provide advisory support during the initial phase of vendor engagement.

Field of Experience :

• Enterprise application management and support.
• Project & stakeholder management in complex IT environments.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills :

• Deep understanding of enterprise application systems (ERP, Fusion, CRM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, & other IT service management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RFP / tendering process & vendor lifecycle management.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently & drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL foundation / Agile Introduction or higher.
