You will manage contract administration, budgets, and multiple contractors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of commercial management experience in the construction industry, preferably in the Middle East. This role offers opportunities for growth and impactful work.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Oversee financial performance of construction projects.
- Handle claims related to construction projects.
- Lead negotiation and management of contracts.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and develop strategies.
