A leading hotel brand seeks a Sales Manager for the MICE segment to drive revenue through strategic business development and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have proven success in the luxury hotel industry, focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding sales targets.
A Sales Manager – MICE is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing key accounts in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segments. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in line with the hotel’s luxury standards.

The Sales Manager – MICE role requires a strategic approach to sales, market analysis, competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business and customer engagement to position the hotel as a preferred destination for MICE business.
