The ideal candidate will have 3–12+ years of experience, a strong hunter mindset, and proven success selling to Automotive OEMs and suppliers. Role Overview

We are seeking high-energy Sales & Business Development professionals with a strong hunter mindset to proactively generate new business, build OEM relationships, and drive revenue growth within the Automotive Product Development and Engineering Services segment. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in selling to Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers, and engineering‑driven organizations, with a proven ability to close new business independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within Automotive OEMs and supplier networks
  • Drive new client acquisition across Automotive Product Development, Engineering Services, and Component Solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles including pitching, negotiation, proposal development, and contract closure
  • Develop long‑term relationships with OEM decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth areas and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client alignment
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–12+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (level dependent)
  • Strong background in Automotive, Engineering Services, Product Development, or Industrial Solutions
  • Proven hunter profile with measurable success in new business generation
  • Experience selling to OEMs, Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers, or large industrial clients
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently
  • UAE / GCC market exposure is a strong advantage
