1. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings; handle communication with clients, agents, and vendors via phone and email.
2. Maintain office records, files, and transaction logs.
3. Assist in social media updates and marketing efforts for property listings.
4. Schedule and coordinate appointments, inspections, and appraisals.
5. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and regulations.
6. Provide general administrative support to the real estate team.
7. Assist in form fillings and other administrative tasks around the office.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on marketing and sales.
2. Proficiency in posting ads and managing listings on online property portals.
3. Strong understanding of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and procedures.
4. Familiarity with sales documentation and contract preparation, including sales forms, MOUs, etc.
5. Capable of managing multiple tasks.
6. Good English communication skills, smart and presentable.
7. Provides general office and operational support.
