In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, focusing on enhancing efficiency and coordination within the office. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed

  • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
