Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
  • Support the team in project management and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
