We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch and maintenance of our products. You will act as a link between our engineering team and other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales.

1. Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback and competitive analysis.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features for product development.
3. Develop detailed product specifications and use cases to guide the engineering team.
4. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
5. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and gather their feedback to continuously improve the product.
7. Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.
8. Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
9. Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in technology to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.
10. Train and support sales and customer service teams on product features and updates.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical/IT environment.
3. Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
7. Creative problem solver and critical thinker with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
8. Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
