A leading real estate company in the UAE is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to develop market knowledge and assist clients in their property investments. The role involves advising clients, conducting site visits, and building relationships within the industry. Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, familiarity with local market trends, and proficiency in CRM tools. A driving license and RERA card are preferred.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of all off-plan projects.
- Advise clients on market conditions and legal requirements.

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Assist clients in identifying and evaluating properties that meet their needs and investment goals.
• Present and promote off-plan properties to potential clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and events.
• Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
• Negotiate and facilitate the sales process, ensuring all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, new developments, and regulatory changes in the market.
• Participate in marketing activities, including property exhibitions, roadshows, and online campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
