• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

• Assist clients in identifying and evaluating properties that meet their needs and investment goals.

• Present and promote off-plan properties to potential clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and events.

• Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.

• Negotiate and facilitate the sales process, ensuring all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, new developments, and regulatory changes in the market.

• Participate in marketing activities, including property exhibitions, roadshows, and online campaigns.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
