Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our client’s team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an ideal candidate to join their executive leadership team and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with deep industry insight, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and secure large‑scale marble and natural stone projects across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and high‑value marble projects within the construction, hospitality, commercial, and luxury real‑estate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and other key decision‑makers.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end bidding and proposal process for large‑scale tenders and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (design, project management, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long‑term client retention.
Requirements
  • 10 years of business development experience in the marble, natural stone, construction, or fit‑out industries.
