Job summary

A leading construction product supplier in Dubai seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience selling building materials, strong relationships with MEP contractors, and excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring product approvals. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. This role requires occasional travel across KSA and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the building materials / construction products industry.
  • Strong knowledge and network with MEP contractors, consultants, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills required.

Selection Criteria
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the building materials / construction products industry (preferably PPR, Pex or related products).
  • Strong knowledge and network with MEP contractors, consultants, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Good experience with PPR/PEX piping approvals, submittals, and project sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred; English is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel across KSA when required.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the KSA market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to increase market share.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key customers.
  • Secure product approvals with consultant/vendor lists.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and provide feedback on competition, pricing, and market trends.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.
  • Support and follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
