The Sales Engineer will:

1. Market Mapping and Intel to generate Leads and Opportunities within the O&G and Power Generation Sectors.
2. Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Mechanical).
3. Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multidisciplinary portfolio.
4. Assist the Sales Team in the Business Unit in executing and achieving sales targets and meeting business plans.
5. Supporting the team for the Business Growth at the Business Unit level and the Company.

Client Engagement

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector understanding their requirements.

Technical Sales

1. Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Mechanical and Engineering Solutions guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.

Proposal Development

1. Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.

Market Analysis

1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new business/technology opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration

1. Work closely with internal teams including proposal engineering, Sales Order management, and product development to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.

Customer Support

1. Provide ongoing support to clients addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and aftersales.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with sufficient experience (05 Years minimum) in the Oil & Gas industry.

Additional Information:

Skills & Professional Requirements:

1. Proven experience in technical sales in the Mechanical and Engineering Solutions related to O&G sector (Field Instrumentation, Flare Meter, UFM, Flowmeters, Valves, Fittings).
2. Strong market understanding and solid connection with EPC and Developers in the O&G and Power Generation sectors in the UAE.

Experience Requirements:

1. Experience level: 05 years in UAE or Middle East.
2. Minimum 03 years as Sales Engineer level in similar business or industry.
3. Should have valid UAE driving license and own car.
4. HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
