Description:

A well-rounded professional capable of managing projects, leading teams, maintaining technical proficiency, and fostering client relationships.

1. Demonstrate proficiency with Building Services Codes and Standards both local and international.
2. Oversee the performance of team members and subcontractors and resolve issues as needed. Provide technical advice and support professional development.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensure smooth project delivery, adopt technical excellence within the team, and promote creative and innovative design.
4. Act as a Project Leader on selected projects.
5. Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
6. Understanding of commercial elements of projects.
7. Manage workload and update forward plans. Work to time allocations.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Confidence in presenting design ideas to clients.
9. Deliver client presentations on assigned projects, represent the company at meetings with clients and contractors when required.
10. Contribute to bid preparation, tender reviews, and proposal development.

1. Must have a relevant Degree in Building Services Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
2. Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in the Middle East preferably.
3. Chartered Engineer Status would be advantageous – CIBSE or IET preferred.
