A leading HVAC solutions provider in Sharjah is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Aftersales (Retrofit) to drive retrofit and service sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7–10 years of experience in HVAC aftersales/service, including at least 5 years in retrofit sales within the Gulf region. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with customers and ensure full customer satisfaction while expanding the company's after-sales footprint in the region.

The Senior Sales Engineer (Aftersales – Retrofit) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing retrofit, replacement, and after-sales opportunities while also supporting warranty and service operations. This role requires a strong balance of technical HVAC knowledge and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to deliver retrofit solutions, service contracts (AMCs), and long-term customer value.
