We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Technician for one of our IT Based client in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software, and providing technical support to staff and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Provide technical support for staff, resolving IT‑related issues promptly.
• Assist in the management and optimization of IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine diagnostics and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Set up and configure new IT equipment for staff and clients.
• Monitor and maintain network security, including setting up firewalls and anti-virus systems.

Requirements
