Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year call center/customer service experience.
  • Bilingual fluent in English (B2 Level+) and Chinese.
  • Open to working 8 hours a day in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle in-bound calls from customers and non-customers.
  • Provide accurate information and redirect customers as needed.
  • Identify customer problems and offer solutions.
  • Participate in outbound calling programs when required.
