Stryker Executive Assistant to EEMEA Leader in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What You Will Do:

  1. Provide daily confidential support to Vice President.
  2. Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Vice President as well as travel arrangements.
  3. Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.
  4. Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.
  5. Support the VP & GM in setting up the town hall, either live or virtually and drive the communication.
  6. Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.
  7. Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.
  8. Complete monthly expense report for Vice President, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.

What You Need:

  1. Educational degree in a relevant field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  4. Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute.
  5. Strong organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently.
