Office Assistant

Our company is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with little to no experience, as training will be provided. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments and maintaining a smooth and organized office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and help with budget management
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing clients and processing payments
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Dubai.

Preference:
