A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Switchboard Operator to provide efficient telephone services, manage calls, and handle guest interactions, ensuring a high standard of communication. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within a five-star hotel and be proficient in English and Arabic. Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Switchboard or Communication Center position in a five-star hotel.
- Operational knowledge of the Front Office operation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient telephone service to all callers.
- Handle all internal and external calls courteously.
- Maintain a logbook on each shift for guest comments.
- Report emergency calls immediately to management.
