Vacancy : Tour Guide

Salary : Based on competency and experience

Hours : 9 hours (8 working hours + 1 hour break)

We are looking for a Tour Guide to join our Operations team based in Dubai. This role is responsible for providing informative, entertaining, and up-to-date commentary to enhance the reputation and viability of the company through excellent service for Big Bus Tours Middle East.

Requirements

At Big Bus Tours, how we do things is as important as what we do. Our ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic to create great tour experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction with excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. A good knowledge of Middle Eastern history, traditions, cultural developments, and current events is essential.

Minimum requirements include:

• 1-2 years’ experience in tour guiding, customer service, or similar roles.
• Fit, healthy, goal-oriented, well-presented, and able to work outdoors.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Valid Tour Guide license is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern history, traditions, and current events.
• Ability to research topics, plan expeditions, and deliver appropriate commentary.
• High School / College Graduate or equivalent.
