Office Assistant - Musaffah, 1700 AED/month
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls, prepare correspondence, schedule appointments, manage office documents, and file records.
- Provide general support to visitors; arrange meetings; manage travel arrangements; order supplies; maintain office equipment; handle mail distribution; and prepare presentations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail; ability to work independently; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; customer service orientation; and punctuality for arriving at work or attending meetings/appointments.
