A leading manufacturing company in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced executive to oversee the Wire Products Division. The role involves ensuring productivity, efficiency, and profitability across multiple factories. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a wire manufacturing environment, along with marketing and sales expertise.

- Marketing and Sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational management of the Wire Products Division.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance accountability.
- Engage with customers and suppliers.
- Manage financial oversight and governance.
- Drive safety and environment management.
- Lead team management processes.
Education
Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic and operational activities of the Wire Products Division, including Vanderbijlpark, QwaQwa and Parow Factories. This executive role ensures optimal productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability across the Wire Products Divisions. The incumbent will drive operational excellence through structured planning, strong leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
