A challenging vacancy currently exists for a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of all aspects of hotel management. To excel in this role, one must be approachable and detail-oriented with proven hospitality and management experience. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage and integrate all components of the hotel including accommodation, banqueting, as well as food and beverage components.
- Manage and resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate hotel performance and implement the strategic planning functions of the division.
- Create and implement a marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities.
- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and standards.
- To provide effective and strategic leadership towards sound governance and financial management
- To lead, develop and manage Human Capital.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 (five) – 7 (seven) years’ experience in hotel management/tourism
- Hotel Manager with experience of managing a similar size (+- 220) beds

- Proven knowledge of OHS Act and implementation of safety standards
