A leading HR consulting firm in Johannesburg seeks a qualified candidate with 5-7 years of experience in People & Culture. You will provide end-to-end support and apply your knowledge to solve complex challenges, implementing effective solutions. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Human Resources Management or related fields and have experience working with senior management within multinational companies.
This role involves providing end-to-end support for the People and Culture value chain, applying specialist knowledge and judgment to resolve complex challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of implementing integrated, effective People and Culture solutions in support of business objectives.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications : Degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science.
A minimum 5-7 years of experience in People & Culture, with a strong preference for a partnering role.
Experience within a multinational company working with senior management teams in a complex environment.
