Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define user needs design goals and product requirements
• Create user personas journeys wireframes and prototypes to guide design decisions
• Design intuitive interfaces and visual assets that reflect brand identity and enhance usability
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
• Stay ahead of UX / UI trends and champion best practices
• Maintain and evolve design systems style guides and reusable patterns

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (essential)
• 810 years of industry experience in UX / UI design
• 3-year Degree / Diploma in :
• Interaction Design Graphic Design Industrial Design Informatics HCI or related fields
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or similar (desirable)
• Masters in Psychology or Social Sciences (advantageous)
