Job Title: Global Support Foundation, South Africa
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Schedule: 40 hours a week

This role is essentially about regional nonprofit consulting, operational assessment, and strategic engagement.

The Regional Contractor will evaluate and improve the operational processes and fundraising capabilities of foundations on behalf of the Global Alliance, working closely with the Hub Director and regional staff.

Through comprehensive assessments of resource availability, technology, marketing, fundraising, board engagement, and collaborative opportunities, the contractor will provide actionable recommendations, deliver educational sessions, and support in-region engagement efforts to elevate operational efficiency, marketing impact, and fundraising effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions
  • Produce a comprehensive assessment summary, distilling main findings and conclusions.
  • Conduct an opportunities analysis, highlighting potential avenues for growth, collaboration, and measurable impact.

  • Support in-region engagement efforts, including the facilitation of meetings and events.

Requirements
