As an Intermediate Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver insights that shape business strategy. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate with dynamic teams, and make a measurable impact.

Department: Data Analysis

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other sources.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to guide strategic decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from multiple business units.

• Participate in designing and implementing BI solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency.

• Gather requirements and understand analytical needs from business users.
• Provide training and support on BI tools and dashboards.
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reporting.
• Document data sources, definitions, and methodologies for transparency.

• Analytical Thinking: Apply logical and critical thinking to interpret data and solve problems.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in BI tools, SQL, and data visualization techniques.

• ✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in BI, data analysis, or related field.
• ✔️ Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and SQL.
• ✔️ Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and visualization techniques.
• ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
