Provide world-class customer support to clients in the China corridor, assisting with order creation, verifications, number changes, and supporting corridor agents. The Cross-functional Consultant reports directly to the Cross-functional CS Lead.

1. Support China corridor customers efficiently.
2. Create accurate orders and assist with resolving queries.
3. Verify documents and information for new account openings.
4. Check for potential fraudulent documents.
5. Respond to inbound and outbound calls for security checks and onboarding.
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external customers.
7. Complete verification processes and update customer information.
8. Ensure compliance with FICA regulations and internal policies.

• Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
• Degree/Diploma (Desirable).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Essential).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (Essential).
• Verifications experience (Desirable).

• Computer literacy, typing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail.
