A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work remotely. The role involves conducting vacancy briefs, posting job adverts, and managing the interview process for clients primarily in the UK. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in recruitment and fluency in English. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Who are we? We are Flexicruit, the go-to recruitment partner for SMEs across the UK!
Fully exclusive roles? Full Autonomy over the client and candidate side of recruitment? Work remotely from the comfort of your own home? No BD required!? You bet! We only work on an exclusive basis with our clients, as such we are looking for a consultant who has a wealth of experience with both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process. You will know how to conduct a thorough vacancy brief, before putting together a plan of action of exactly how and where you will fill our clients vacancies, providing advice, guidance and support all along the way.
As we are a UK recruitment company, a working knowledge of the UK is hugely beneficial, you must also be an excellent communicator with an impeccable level of English with a neutral accent.
The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
We’re looking for hard‑working, driven and competitive individuals who have a need to succeed and a strong background in recruitment.
