We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Who are we? We are Flexicruit, the go-to recruitment partner for SMEs across the UK!

We only work on an exclusive basis with our clients, as such we are looking for a consultant who has a wealth of experience with both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process. You will know how to conduct a thorough vacancy brief, before putting together a plan of action of exactly how and where you will fill our clients vacancies, providing advice, guidance and support all along the way.
As we are a UK recruitment company, a working knowledge of the UK is hugely beneficial, you must also be an excellent communicator with an impeccable level of English with a neutral accent.
The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
We’re looking for hard‑working, driven and competitive individuals who have a need to succeed and a strong background in recruitment.
- You will have 2+ years experience as a recruitment consultant.
- You must be confident with Boolean/keyword /LinkedIn searching.
- Highly competitive, ambitious and results driven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven environment.
- Confident, articulate and hardworking.
- Have a working knowledge of the UK recruitment market
- Due to the fact that 100% of our clients and candidates are English speaking and based in the UK, it is imperative that you can speak fluent English, to a very high standard.
- Conducting vacancy briefs to gain an understanding of the role requirements, and tailoring your search process to get the best results.
- Draft and post job adverts to attract active candidates
- Source and reach out to suitable passive candidates
- Screen and pre‑interview candidates for suitability
- Liaise with your clients on a daily basis, providing regular updates on your progress.
- Schedule and managing the interview process
