Job summary
A leading automotive company in Durban is seeking a Specialist HR Organisational Design for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support organisational redesign and drive competitiveness. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in organisational development and a relevant NQF qualification. This role will involve strategic partnership in change management and business optimization initiatives, with a focus on improving business results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an OD role.
- Experience with human capital management systems.
Responsibilities
- Support TSAM groups with organisational redesign.
- Lead BMC, analyze current situations and evaluate business structures.
- Contribute to potential restructuring of departments.
- Serve as a strategic partner in driving change management.
- Design and implement initiatives for future strategic requirements.

To compare / evaluate organisational structures, by benchmarking and then design for TSAM an agile structure that enables and drive competitiveness. Provide a range of internal consultation services to the various Groups, directed at improving business results through organization design, development, and effectiveness initiatives.
- Support TSAM groups with organisational redesign, ideal structures and the formulation of roadmaps that will deliver competitiveness.
- Lead BMC, analyse current situation and evaluate business structures to for each group.

- Design, introduce and implement initiatives which address future strategic requirements of the business.
- NQF 6 qualification (360 credits) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource.
