We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Who are we? We are Flexicruit, the go-to recruitment partner for SMEs across the UK!

The Role

Fully exclusive roles? Full Autonomy over the client and candidate side of recruitment? Work remotely from the comfort of your own home? No BD required!? You bet! We only work on an exclusive basis with our clients, as such we are looking for a consultant who has a wealth of experience with both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process. You will know how to conduct a thorough vacancy brief, before putting together a plan of action of exactly how and where you will fill our clients vacancies, providing advice, guidance and support all along the way.

As we are a UK recruitment company, a working knowledge of the UK is hugely beneficial, you must also be an excellent communicator with an impeccable level of English with a neutral accent.

The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

We’re looking for hard‑working, driven and competitive individuals who have a need to succeed and a strong background in recruitment.

• You will have 2+ years experience as a recruitment consultant.
• You must be confident with Boolean/keyword /LinkedIn searching.
• Highly competitive, ambitious and results driven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven environment.
• Confident, articulate and hardworking.
• Have a working knowledge of the UK recruitment market
• Due to the fact that 100% of our clients and candidates are English speaking and based in the UK, it is imperative that you can speak fluent English, to a very high standard.

Duties

• Conducting vacancy briefs to gain an understanding of the role requirements, and tailoring your search process to get the best results.
• Draft and post job adverts to attract active candidates
• Source and reach out to suitable passive candidates
• Screen and pre‑interview candidates for suitability
• Liaise with your clients on a daily basis, providing regular updates on your progress.
• Schedule and managing the interview process
