MINOR WORKS PROJECT MANAGER FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
Job summary
A project management firm in Johannesburg is seeking a Minor Works Project Manager with experience in managing fire protection systems. Responsibilities include project implementation, profitability management, and compliance monitoring. Candidates should have an NQF 6 in Project Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary is offered ranging from R319 111 to R425 481 annually.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in project management of built environment projects.
- Experience in fire protection or HVAC systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the implementation and profitability of smallworks projects.
- Monitor and manage OSHEM and operational compliance on smallworks projects.
- Support sales by identifying opportunities and supporting the sales process.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, project management, risk management.

- Experience in fire protection / HVAC systems environment is preferred
