Job summary
A leading retail company located in South Africa seeks a dedicated individual to support store management and lead the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of retail experience including 1 year in a leadership role, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include driving store performance and ensuring operational excellence. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on achieving store goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

- Support the store management to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive performance and manage the store KPIs.
- Motivate and lead the store team effectively.
