Our client is currently recruiting for an ADMIN ASSISTANT-The purpose of this position is to provide support for the Admin Department.This includes but is not limited to processing documents and capture data daily on an accounting package in an admin environment, answering calls, filing and customer liaison. This role also includes answeringincoming calls and relaying messages to the Sales Manager and his team. To help the office run smoothlyand efficiently. The employee will be accountable to the Sales Manager for branch related concerns and tothe Bookkeeper for accounting and financial matters.
