We’re hiring a Campaign Manager for one of our creative, fast-moving clients in Cape Town. If you’ve worked in CRM, email, or customer-focused marketing before, this one’s got your name on it.

You’ll be the glue between teams – owning timelines, chasing briefs, and making sure every customer campaign lands on time, on brand, and with impact.

Salary: R25 000 – R45 000 per month

What you’ll do:

• Run point on customer campaigns from start to finish
• Coordinate teams and timelines to meet deadlines
• Make sure briefs are clear, expectations are managed, and outputs are aligned
• Keep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress
• Handle hiccups calmly and professionally

What you’ll bring:

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Previous campaign/project management experience (ideally in CRM/email)
• Exposure to creative production or digital campaign workflows
• Confidence managing client relationships
• A proactive, calm, solution-focused attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
• An eye for detail and love for process
