Job summary
A retail company in Rustenburg is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee and maintain operations during the Store Manager's absence. The role involves responsibilities such as ensuring compliance with company standards, managing staff, and customer service initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Matric qualification and retail management experience, particularly in clothing. Qualifications

- Relieve store manager in their absence.
- Maintain company standards of housekeeping and merchandising.

- Minimize stock loss.

An Assistant Manager is accountable for relieving the Store Manager in their absence and assists in maintaining company standards of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.
