We're looking for a creative, organized, and TikTok-savvy assistant with at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support to join our team and support our clients' social growth strategies.
- Monitor TikTok trends and suggest relevant, brand-aligned content ideas
- Assist with managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinating with creators or internal teams
- Research and shortlist potential influencers for brand collaborations
- Manage outreach via DMs or email and maintain communication logs
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers
- Track and report on influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Optional: Respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client's brand voice

- Comfortable using Google Workspace, TikTok, and CRM or influencer platforms
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload / download speed)
