A dynamic and innovative start-up is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their remote team. You'll manage and scale substantial email marketing traffic using Klaviyo and Shopify, working alongside a high-performance founder. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in lifecycle marketing, especially with automation tools and AI. This position offers fair market pay, a flexible schedule, and a collaborative work environment focused on creativity and process improvement.

- 24 years of lifecycle marketing experience, especially with Klaviyo + Shopify.
- Experience optimizing large email sends and using Shopify's backend.
- Ability to influence KPIs directly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale $1M+ of weekly email traffic through Klaviyo.
- Build, test, and QA emails quickly using AI tools.
- Collaborate with a founder on strategy while owning execution.
