Job summary
A leading BPO company in Cape Town seeks a German-speaking Customer Sales & Service Representative. In this role, you will assist customers with bookings and inquiries while resolving complaints. Qualifications
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel sector.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with bookings and inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide alternative solutions.
- Offer guidance and support for international travel.

- Matric (Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification)
- Computer literacy at intermediate level
- Experience in Customer Services / Call Centre / travel and tourism sector advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions
- Native/ Advanced level German & English Language Skills
- Excellent German Written Skills (skills will be assessed)
