We are currently looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Planner & Inventory Manager to join a leading importer and distributor of premium international homeware brands.

In this role, you will manage purchasing, demand planning, supplier relationships, stock levels , and range planning - ensuring the right products are available at the right time; to support growth!

Claremont, Cape Town | Permanent | Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Managing purchase orders, supplier negotiations & landed cost tracking.
• Demand planning & maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Range planning and supporting new product launches.
• Coordinating shipping, logistics & lead times.
• Reporting on stock, budgets & product performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in purchasing / planning / inventory management.
• Confidence working with international suppliers and shipping timelines.
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach.
