Create and maintain safe, secure, attractive, and productive working environments that support the operational needs of all tenants in the managed portfolios.
Oversee the performance and delivery of the RES Commercial Facilities Management functions across South Africa, ensuring that FM goals and objectives are met according to established service standards, including soft services.
Drive service benchmarking, process improvement, cost reduction, and innovation initiatives.
A degree in Construction and Physical Planning or Project Management
Experience Required :
5-7 years experience in Real Estate Management / Facilities Management
